They go above and beyond expectations to make sure their customers are happy.. had a slight DMV registration issue and they were very kind to continue following up until my issue was resolved.

FYI, if you ever drove for Uber or Lyft and try and transfer plates to a new vehicle, it may not work!! That was my issue, at least! Nothing a quick trip to the DMV didn't fix!! And because Pearson had done 99% of the work, it was SO FAST AND EASY! (Has anyone ever said the DMV was fast and easy before?!)

Kudos to Torrance for finding me my dream car and Mike and Dan for being so vigilant to solve my DMV problems!!
