Absolutely terrible. Bought a truck from here and got most service from here for the life of the truck. Went to get spark plugs and coils changed out and their service dept snapped a bolt to one of the coils. Needless to say they said it wasn't their fault and it was added cost to me ($1000+). Talk about Ford loyalty.. won't be buying a Ford again thanks to these "fine" people. Oh, and until their service manager could review what happened they let me ride around with zip tie that held the coil in place. The zip tie is STILL holding the coil in place and the service manager appears to not care at all. I WOULD AVOID DOING BUSINESS WITH APPLE!
