Solution and payment slips for payment of utility fee with payment deadline by 31.12.2019. to the amounts they have already paid through the payment slips they receive on a monthly basis. Holding made the decision on 08.03.19, and the publication in the official gazette is 04/19, but they demand that it be paid from the day of the decision which is contrary to the law.
