I had a fairly average experience with North Yorkshire and York Forum. The customer service was okay, but nothing remarkable. I found the website to be a bit confusing and difficult to navigate at times. However, they were able to help me find employment opportunities in the area, which was ultimately what I was looking for. Overall, I would say they provide a decent service, but there are probably better options out there.
