Damien and the entire staff at Audi San Diego were, as always, professional and courteous to a fault. It's employees like Anthony Picozzi in sales (who convinced us to buy our A4 from Audi SD) and Damien Burton our Service Advisor who keep us coming back to Audi San Diego even though we must drive 2 hours from Palm Desert, CA. It's worth it to know that our A4 is in competent hands during service. Damien listens - a rare quality unfortunately these days - and my wife and I trust his judgement and recommendations. And if that were not enough he has a pleasant, happy attitude that is wonderful in dealing with him. Also the staff in sales and parts went out of their way to be courteous and pleasant to us during our visit. A most wonderful experience overall and needless to say we will continue to have our A4 serviced here.
