I've been purchasing from this company for a while...

I've been purchasing from this company for a while and I have mixed feelings about them. On one hand, their products are good quality and they have a wide range of options. On the other hand, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. There have been times when I've had issues with my order and it took forever to get it resolved. It's frustrating when you're trying to run a business and you rely on them for your supplies. Overall, they are not bad, but they definitely have room for improvement.
