I m so happy I found this studio especially after not loving the vibe at Bike Bar. I dropped in here a few times while visiting from the states and the whole experience was wonderful and not at all intimidating. From the front desk staff to the instructors everyone was welcoming, kind and helpful. Shane has the most infectious energy and I forgot I was working out while in his class. Both ride and lagree are killer workouts with highly skilled instructors. Well done LA Fit!
