If I could give this company no stars I would. Pray you never have to deal with these people. First, the phone system is broken. You call in and have to go through 10 minutes of prompts to talk to a representative that makes you repeat all the same information. When making payments over the phone, half the time those payments are not made and you have to call back and hope they process it. LoanCare has shorted my escrow on a yearly basis or overcharges me $1500. There is no middle ground. You can't even call in to make a request as they normally will tell you to send them an email in their portal. No respect for customer's time or money. I look forward to the day of paying off my mortgage so I don't have to be associated with this company.
