I had high hopes when I reached out for assistance, but the experience fell short of my expectations. Communication was sporadic, and I often felt out of the loop. It took longer than anticipated to get responses to basic questions, which added to my frustration. I appreciate the effort, but there is definitely room for improvement in responsiveness and client engagement. 🏡✨
