Spacious and relatively comfortable rooms, although furniture and carpet seems to be getting a little bit old. Breakfast is fantastic with a great variety of food and beverages, good quality. I recommend the hotel buffet at 200 RMB if you're not going out for dinner. Staff is caring and very helpful. Gym is OK with just enough equipment to work out all body parts with some creativity. Steam bath and sauna are small and not top quality, needs refurbishing.
