I've been a customer of Gmac Insurance for over five years, and I must say, their service has been consistently average. The rates are reasonable, but the customer service is lacking. It often takes a long time to get a response to my queries and the claims process can be quite slow. However, they do eventually resolve any issues, so it's not a terrible experience. Overall, I would rate Gmac Insurance as average.
