To locate this location from the colosseum, take Via dei fori Imperiali all the way North and make a left on Via d S. Pietro Carcere, go up the hill, take the stairs up to the right, and make another left. It's a little tricky , but you'll see people lining up. If you have the Roma Pass , enter directly on the left side of the building, aka go straight to security check.
