Terrible company and poor communication skills! M...

Terrible company and poor communication skills! My son was added to their wait list back in April 2017. I decided to check in to see where we were on the list as some time has gone by. The young lady that was helping me proceeds to emails me back and sends me a list of block times and told me they have in home and center services and what did I prefer. I respond back with the preferred time for both services. She then responds saying they don't have availability in my area and I should inquire elsewhere for services. WHY ASK WHAT MY AVAILABILITY IS IF THERE IS NO SERVICE AVAILABLE? So I responded to confirm if my son would remain on the wait list and she responds back saying they did away with the wait list and they have been contacting everyone on the wait list to remove them. Well no one called me in 7 months to inform me of that! Then politely tells me I can inquire in the future. Thanks but no thanks I will take my business else where! Bad business!
