AMER has a very unhealthy environment, and everything is outsourced to India. Management's methods do not work, so they take their frustrations out on their employees. Everything is very micro-managed! You will have to turn in reports and have meetings every day. You will not get paid for overtime, and there is no job security. The building is in awful condition, and their technology is all very outdated. By far, the worst experience I have ever had at any job!
