would give less than one star if possible. OAT cancelled my trip with my daughter (spend was 7K) due to pandemic (totally understandable) and offered me a full 100% refund (great). We spoke on the phone and they followed up with a written confirmation via email. BUT then, they withdrew their offer, said the trip was not "cancelled" but "postponed" and my money was now put toward a trip next year. UNACCEPTABLE (and possibly illegal?) to do a bait and switch after confirming in writing a refund offer. I lost my job and am a single mother of 4. this was a grad gift and I now cannot afford to forgo the refund that was PROMISED. NEVER AGAIN OAT.
