I had a mixed experience with Arvind jewellers. While the products were of good quality and the prices were competitive, their customer service was lacking. I faced issues with the delivery and it took a long time to get a resolution. However, once the issue was escalated, they were quick to resolve it. Overall, I would say they have room for improvement in terms of customer service.
