Bad service, ordered food online at 2:30pm, we arr...

Bad service, ordered food online at 2:30pm, we arrived an hr later when they said it will be ready and it still wasn't ready for 3 hours later. Food was cold, rude customer service..came all the way from Mn for this...disappointed
