My experience with dotFM has been a rollercoaster ride. There were some good moments and some not-so-good ones. The website is easy to navigate and their services are reliable. However, I faced some difficulties with their customer support team. It took a while to get a response and the resolution process was not as smooth as I had hoped. Overall, I would rate them as average.
