Omnijoi Media has a decent website, omnijoi.com, but I believe they can do better. The user interface could be improved for a smoother browsing experience. Their customer service, however, is commendable. They were prompt in addressing my concerns and resolved my issues satisfactorily. Overall, I had an average experience with Omnijoi Media.
