I had an average experience with Loanspot. The loan application process was easy and straightforward, but their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my queries, and when they finally did, it felt like they were not very knowledgeable. Overall, I was satisfied with the loan terms, but the customer service could definitely use some improvement.
