The technology services provided by Advanced Technology Services Group were satisfactory. The technicians were able to address the issues I faced and provided solutions in a timely manner. However, the customer support team could have been more responsive and provided clearer instructions. Overall, I had an average experience with ATS Group, and I would recommend them with some reservations.
