I had a really average experience with Bormann John. The customer service was okay, but nothing impressive. The quality of their products was just average, nothing remarkable. Overall, I was neither impressed nor disappointed. I probably wouldn't go out of my way to recommend them, but I also wouldn't discourage anyone from trying them out.
