I appreciate the efforts made by the Mo dept of corrections in maintaining discipline and order in correctional facilities. The website, doc.mo.gov, is well-designed and offers a wealth of information about the department. However, there have been instances where I faced challenges in obtaining prompt assistance from their customer support. Despite that, I would rate them as great.
