Practicing as an Architect for 37 years I've had tremendous exposure to many, many engineers with varying facets of expertise. As such I have been able to assess not only the professional aptitudes and capabilities of such engineers, but also the morals, values, and actual personalities of the people that offer and provide such services. What I can genuinely say is that Paggi Engineering is of the highest professional and personal caliber that I have ever been exposed to.
