I recently stayed at Kempinski hotels and I must say it was an average experience. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, but the service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in providing a high level of service. The food at the hotel restaurant was mediocre at best. Overall, I would consider staying at Kempinski again, but only if there were no better options available.
