I was desperate to find a lawyer for a family member. I would have love to work with this firm. However, their intake specialist Rosie was very unprofessional. She was incredibly rude over the phone. She practically yelled at me. It saddens me that such a great law firm would allow someone like this person work for them. I am taking my business elsewhere because of this person.
