LIFESAVERS!! My wife and I were travelling through Colorado in our campervan when it broke down just outside of Cortez in the Mountains. All other shops in town couldn't see us for over a week but Chuck and Dustin saw us first thing in the morning. The broken part (Turbo Boost Hose) was unique to Mercedes but they were able to locate one in Arizona and have it shipped to the shop ASAP. Meanwhile, they allowed us to spend the night in our camper at their shop since we couldn't drive anywhere. Chuck also gave us a power cord so we could hook up to shore power for the night.

It's very rare these days, at least in my part of the country, to find a mechanic shop that could be this friendly, helpful and compassionate to total strangers. These guys took such good care of my wife and I and when the part finally arrived, they immediately got to work and had it installed within an hour. We drove 1,800 miles home without a single issue. Hands down the BEST vehicle mechanic experience I have ever been through. Thank you Chuck, Dustin and the rest of the team at Diesel Tech!
