Santander río has been my bank for a few years now and overall I have had a positive experience with them. The online banking platform is easy to use and their customer service has been helpful whenever I have needed assistance. However, there have been a few instances where certain transactions took longer to process than expected. Overall, I would rate Santander río as average.
