I am a CUSTOMER and I have been doing business with the Trust Company of Illinois for several years now. I have to say that their services are average. They have a professional staff and they always answer my questions promptly. However, I think they could improve in terms of customer service. Sometimes it takes longer than expected to get a response from them. Overall, I am satisfied with their services.
