I've had a mixed experience with Lighting Industry Technologies. While their products are of good quality, the customer service could be improved. The website lit-vegas.com is nice and user-friendly. However, the response time for queries was slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, decent products but lacking in customer service.
