BEWARE. I am not one to normally complain, but this is more than warranted and I want others to know what can happen if they decide to buy here. The first red flag was when I received the first offer when buying my vehicle, the Sales manage walked by and said "Lets wrap it up, we don't have all day". While it irked me, I am level headed enough to brush it off as low level sales tactics and continue focusing on what is important. The staff does not seem to understand that they are working for the customer.

When I wanted to test drive the car, a tech needed to fill it with gas. This was fine except we waited for 40 minutes because the tech parked the car on the side of the building and didn't let anyone involved know. While annoying... Whatever, I can deal with that.

This next part I can't even make up. While walking with the finance manager to his office to finish the deal, he slightly bumped shoulders with someone else leaving their office. The finance manager legit took down my contact information because I was a witness when they bumped shoulders. He told me he could be fired or taken to court because of a something so minor... The look they gave each other was extremely hostile. If this doesn't tell you how terrible the employee dynamics are then I don't know what will.

The employees definitely do not act like a team and everyone I dealt with seemed miserable and you could feel the tension between them. Again I shrugged it all off because I thought it was over with after I purchased the vehicle.

Flash forward to the future and my bank is letting me know that they never received any proof of ownership nor were they listed as the first lien holder. So I do what anyone would do and call the dealership to get the issue resolved. I am transferred and put on a hold for a few minutes, no big deal. Next thing I know I hear the phone pick up and immediately hang up. Several attempts at contact all result in similar outcomes. By far the WORST customer service I have ever had. I even had tint included in my deal, but after such a sour experience I would rather pay for tint then to go back to Sun Toyota.
