Don't work or hire Mitchell Engineering, unless you are dishonest and want to blameshift and lie about what the general manager tells you to lie about.
I'm surprised this business has not been sued for the dishonest business practices and lost everything. I was forced to cover up accidents, destroy evidence of accidents and lie, under threat of losing my job, under direct, direction from the general manager.
I did it one time and i regret it. The seconed time i was ordered to do it, i quit.
The owner seemed to be a reasonable man but is completely out of touch with the dishonest, immoral and illegal acts and business practices, of the General Manager and those practices, as performed, as such, on a daily basis.
A House Cleaning should have been done years ago to better the company in every way.
I suggest you hire and work with, or for, a business that can be trusted to do the right thing.
This business, under the direction of the current General Manager , can not be trusted to do the right thing and it reflects in the business having a history of legal problems and suffering.
