I recently stayed at a hotel in Raleigh-Durham and had a mixed experience. The room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. However, the customer service was lacking. It took a long time for the staff to address my concerns and they seemed disorganized. This was not what I expected from a well-known hotel chain.
