I recently worked with a real estate company and had an average experience. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse available listings and gather information. However, the communication from the agents was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were a few discrepancies in the property descriptions. Despite this, the overall process was relatively smooth, and I did find a suitable property in the end. I would recommend the company for their website functionality, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service and attention to detail in the future.
