I recently used the services of a consulting firm to help with some legal matters, and I found the experience to be average. The staff was professional and responsive, but the overall process felt a bit impersonal. I appreciated the expertise they provided, but I didn't feel like my specific situation was given enough individual attention. The quality of the work was satisfactory, but I didn't feel like it went above and beyond. The pricing was in line with what I expected for this type of service, but I didn't feel like I got exceptional value for the cost. Overall, it was an average experience that met my basic needs, but I feel like there are other firms out there that might provide a more personalized and attentive approach.
