I had a mixed experience with Dmsi software. While the software had some useful features and a user-friendly interface, I found it to be lacking in terms of customer support. The support team was often slow to respond and not very knowledgeable. Overall, the software itself was decent, but the lack of adequate customer support was a major drawback.
