I recently ordered some plants from this company's website. The selection and quality of the plants were average. However, I was disappointed with the shipping process. The plants arrived later than expected, and some of them were a bit wilted. The customer service was helpful in resolving the issue and offered a partial refund. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement in the shipping and handling of the products. I may consider purchasing from them again in the future, but I hope they address the issues with the shipping.
