The communication service via the WEB or by telephone from abroad has deteriorated since 2013 until now. Customer advisers are always unreachable. Responses to requests made on the web can reach 2 months and while in 2013 the response did not exceed 4 days. Most of the time the answer has become vague and irrelevant.
Carsat sud est no longer accepts attachments sent by professional email or FAX despite the fact that both are legal.
Heavy bureaucracy; the processing of a request or the unblocking of a problem exceeds 1 month and the officials of carsat do not take into consideration the social cases.
In short, they are my constructive critics in the hope of improving their services.
