I recently purchased an optical instrument from this company and while the product itself was decent, I found the overall experience to be quite average. The website was easy to navigate and explore, offering detailed descriptions of each product. However, the customer service support was a bit disappointing. It took quite a while for them to respond to my inquiries and the answers provided were not as helpful as I had hoped. Additionally, the shipping process was slightly delayed, causing a slight inconvenience. On the positive side, the product arrived well-packaged and in good condition. Overall, my experience with this company was average. While the product met my expectations, the customer service and shipping process left much to be desired.
