I recently utilized the services of Care Connection Home Care LLC and overall, I had an average experience. The company website, careconnectionhomecare.net, provided helpful information about the services they offer. The staff was professional and punctual in providing the care I needed. However, I did encounter a few minor issues along the way. The communication between the care providers and myself could have been better, as there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, the pricing was slightly higher compared to other home care agencies in the area. Despite these drawbacks, the care provided was satisfactory and met my basic needs. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing.
