Customer service was great but the hotel quality was horrible. I had to swapped out for 2 different rooms before settling for the third. The first room, the bed was slanted/ broken. if i were to put a bed on one corner it could have rolled off the other side of the bed all on its own. The fridge that was included kept making this weird screach that made it sound like there was mice running around as well. They swapped us to room #2 where the bed was not slanted but now had a heating issue. The was absolutely no heat. This room was one of the unrenovated rooms with an old heater. we called and they swapped us into room #3. At this point we felt like we were being a bother and decided to soldier through this room. the room was warm at best but we decided to go out and come really late so we didnt have to stay too long. Doubt i would ever stay here again.
