Came in for an oil change and new drain plug. After over an hour waiting I was told that the drain plug wasn't in stock but they would get one asap. Another half hour passes and I'm told that the one they got won't work. I was then told that the oil would only leak a little bit. Not happy to know that I just spent so much on an oil change just to have the oil leaking out. Nothing like watching my money drip onto the ground. Figured I would get better service at ford but was wrong. Won't make this mistake again. Ohhh and to top it off, $115.00 for an oil change blew my mind. Disgusted!
