Went to Firefly last night. The only part we enjoyed was the beautiful landscaping everywhere. $25 per car to get in is great if you have 4 or 5 people with you. For just me/wife not so great, that should of been my first sign to leave. Everyone had to wait at a table to get a drinking rest band, then go wait in another line to buy tickets to redeem for drinks or food. Then wait in line for a drink or food. It felt like I was at an amusement park. The live music needed a sound man. The drums over rode the other instruments and the highs and mids where not there. After giving 5 tickets ($10) for a mixed drink in a small plastic cup we left the ruin's and went walking. This place is beautiful. The landscaping, houses,trails, golf course flowers and trees all fabulous. There were small fire pits all over with chairs around them for the guest staying there. We found one open and spent the rest of our time enjoying it and all the beautiful people and kids riding there bikes.
A few years ago we went to Firefly night 3 different times and loved it. No silly fair drinking bracelet or blue tickets to get a drink. The music sounded good and was fun.
