I recently had the opportunity to interact with Cayton Parish Council, and I must say it was an average experience. While their website is informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. The overall communication was slow, and it took them longer than expected to respond to my queries. However, they were able to resolve my issues eventually, so I give them an average rating.
