My experience with Humbel Zahnräder AG was mediocre. The gears I purchased were of decent quality, but nothing exceptional. The delivery was prompt, and the website was easy to navigate. However, the customer service could use improvement. They seemed disinterested in answering my queries and didn't provide much assistance. Overall, an average experience.
