Hot sauce needs a big change or else they won't be able to survive in the future. Back at Christmas time the gift card server crashed and was in operational and cost me thousands of dollars and lost several customers. I changed my point of sale system and I am glad I did. They take for ever to fix issues, and everything is over priced. I mean 1395 for a all in one point of sale? If you have a basic restaurant they might be right for you but if you want to be stable I would recommend to shop around. I can say the guys in the call center are nice, and knowledgeable once you can get to them. Stay clear.
