I had a mixed experience with Qmul pro bono society. There were some aspects of their service that were excellent, but there were also some areas where they fell short. I found their website to be user-friendly and informative. I was able to easily navigate through the different services they offer and find the information I needed. However, I was disappointed with the response time from their customer support team. It took them quite a while to get back to me, and when they did, the answers were not always helpful. Overall, I would say that Qmul pro bono society is a decent company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
