Had a treatment there about three weeks ago, and keep forgetting to post a review. Going off the fact that this is my favorite hotel in Chicago, I figured I would test out their spa. Overall, I had an absolutely amazing experience. The whirlpools were under construction, however the rest of the amenities were open. The indoor lap pool is gorgeous, the staff is extremely professional, and the facilities are as expected, impeccably clean. Will definitely be returning and bringing along some friends to experience the relaxation that this place forces out of you. Great job!
