The overall experience with Designs 2 heart was average. I found their website user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was not impressed with their limited selection of products. The quality of the items I purchased was decent, but not outstanding. The customer service was also just average, nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say Designs 2 heart is an okay company to consider for your design needs.
