The service provided by Cool Tech Refrigeration, Inc. was average at best. Their technician was late and took longer than expected to fix our refrigerator. While he eventually managed to resolve the issue, it was not the smoothest experience. We expected better service considering their reputation. Hoping for improvements in the future.
